LISA DAVIS TO SPEAK ON MARCH 29

Be sure to mark your calendar for Tuesday, March 29, so you won't miss a very entertaining program provided by Lisa Davis. Lisa lives in rural New York State and is an enthusiastic gardener and nature lover. Though she was a registered nurse by education and trade, designing and planting gardens for many years fulfilled her creative urges. She then discovered the relatively new art form called scanography. Having plenty of subject material to play with, she spent several years experimenting with scanner techniques, designs, and graphic arts programs.

TRIVIA CHALLENGE MARCH 24

Our next Trivia Challenge will be held at 6:30 on Thursday, March 24. Get your two-person team ready for an evening of great fun and who knows, you might even pick up a few bits of useless information along the way. This is a free library-sponsored activity with valuable prizes awarded. Come see what all the talk is about!

DEATH BY CHOCOLATE FEBRUARY 7

Be sure to bring your sweet tooth to the library on Sunday, February7, for the pleasure of tasting 10 delicious chocolate treats for only $5.00. The tastings will take place from 2-4 and you will be home in plenty of time for the Super Bowl. In fact, why not take home a plateful of goodies to share with family and friends?
